英语专业基础阶段内容依托教学学生学习策略的研究

内容摘要

本文探讨了内容依托教学法在高校英语专业基础阶段教学中的应用,着重分析了内容依托教学法指导下学生的学习策略使用情况。本研究对四个实验班进行了学习策略使用情况的调查,着重考查了全体学生及学习排名靠前和靠后学生的学习策略使用情况,并集中探讨并分析了使用频率较高和较低的学习策略的原因。随后给出了策略培训的相关建议。本文主要采用定量和定性分析相结合的方法,通过英语语言测试及问卷采集数据,问卷调查结果运用SPSS软件进行了分析。此外,根据对内容依托课程的课堂观察,进一步分析和讨论了内容依托教学模式在英语专业基础阶段对学生学习策略方面所产生的影响及其原因。研究结果表明实验班学生使用多种学习策略,总体使用频率居中,部分学习策略使用频率较高,极少部分使用频率较低。而学习排名靠前和靠后学生的学习策略使用略有差异,100项学习策略当中,只有3项存在显著性差异。这项研究结果表明,内容依托教学实验班的学生较多地使用学习策略来帮助消化吸收课程内容并提高自己的语言水平。本研究不仅有助于了解其学习策略使用情况,而且还给出了提高策略学习使用的建议,对于内容依托教学课程中师生的教与学具有积极的启示意义。
