口译译员译前准备的认知理据及其实践指导意义

内容摘要

现如今,口译研究蓬勃发展,吸引着越来越多研究者的目光。而在这一研究中,较多的注意力仍是投给口译技能的培养、口译质量评估等方面,对译前准备工作却谈的比较少。然而译前准备对于口译员本身及口译质量来说却是十分重要和必要的。就如何科学解释译前准备的重要性这一问题,本文借助认知科学作为理论依据,揭示译前准备的认知理据,并依此提出具体的准备环节中应注意的问题。全文共分为四章,坚持从实践到理论,再从理论到实践的主线。第一章引入译前准备的概念和内容。第二章简单回顾口译认知研究的发展,为译前准备与认知科学的结合提供了理论框架。第三章是本文的重点,从主流口译理论发掘译前准备的认知理据,并结合相关认知概念指出其功能和作用。首先,以释意理论为背景,从认知角度证明译前准备中知识模块存在的必要性；其次,从吉尔的认知负荷模式提出译员对语言能力及心理和智力要素准备的必要性。再次,借用口译认知语用研究的成果,阐释译前准备对口译交际功能的影响。最后,从纯认知角度分析了译前准备的功能和作用。第四章依据前文所述,提出在具体的口译准备环节中需要注意的问题,并给出指导性建议。
