内容摘要

目的:本文比较了1980到2005年在武汉大学口腔医院治疗的89位中国病人和在约旦医院治疗的120位外国病人,目的在于研究三种类型的先天口底囊肿。方法:从年龄,性别,种族,囊肿位置,囊肿大小,就医时期,囊肿形成时间,手术治疗方法和复发率等方面进一步分析患有皮样囊肿,表皮样囊肿和畸胎样囊肿的病人。结果:调查显示女性比男性更易患这些囊肿,20至29高发,而畸胎样囊肿高发于0至9岁。诊断发现先天囊肿在口底中部最普遍。所有的病例均使用切除术治疗,但在第一组中最常用的方法是口外手术,而第二组大部分运用口内手术。复发率是19.14%,暨两组共40位病人复发。结论:以本文作者的经验而言,口内术对大的损害效果也很显著,且美观实用;只有当囊肿是在下颌舌骨肌浅层之下的时候,口外切口才是必需的。
