职业学校学生英语学习动机的调查与研究

内容摘要

近些年来，随着心理语言学、普通语言学及认知心理学的不断发展，研究者们逐渐将外语教学与研究的重点从“教”转移到“学”上来，语言学习者成为语言教与学的重心。有许多因素会影响语言学习者的语言学习，比如年龄、性别、性格、智力、动机等。许多研究者一直关注语言学习动机的研究，然而，专门针对职业学校的研究并不多。基于国内外相关的研究成果，笔者进行了相应的调查研究，以期对职业学校学生英语学习动机的现状有更深入的了解。作为一门外语，英语的学习在现代职业教育中非常重要。近年来，随着经济和职业技术的发展需求，我国的职业教育迅猛成长。这就要求所培养出的人才应具备掌握英语、满足市场的能力需求、读懂外国先进技术资料、学习国外先进科技知识、接受前沿技能培训等方面的能力。而且，职业学校的学生背景、年龄、受教育目的都有很大差异。这样一来，一个重要的个人因素——英语学习动机的研究就显得非常必要了。在本文中，作者对乌海市职业技术学校150名学生以问卷调查的方式进行了调查，主要想了解其英语学习动机的现状。问卷主要涉及到30道与动机相关的问题。本论文总共包括六章。第一章介绍了本文的研究原因和研究目的。第二章是文献回顾，主要介绍了国内外语言学习动机的研究成果。第三章概述了本文的理论框架，主要阐述了本研究所采用的语言学习动机的定义和分类。第四章是研究设计，介绍了研究对象、工具、过程和数据收集。第五章是对调查结果进行数据分析及发现。第六章是结论部分，给职业学校教师和学生提出了一些建议。
