当代中国翻译教学的不足及其可能对策的实证调查

内容摘要

随着社会对翻译人才的需求量不断增加,翻译教学的问题也逐步引起学界关注。近年来,中国翻译教学发展迅速,然而,与翻译教学较为成熟的港台地区及国外相比,当前的翻译教学体制中依然存在一些问题值得研究和探讨。对于中国内地的翻译教学来说,需要从翻译教学理论出发,认真研究国际翻译教学的现状与经验,研究国内翻译教学的现状与不足,研究各层次翻译教学的本质、目标、内容、方法等等,探索如何根据翻译教学的基本规律、国际经验和国内具体情况,设计符合中国国情的翻译教学体系,并使之在不远的将来与目前正在试行的全国翻译专业资格(水平)考试和翻译行业管理等结合起来,逐步规范翻译人才的培养,使中国的翻译市场步入正轨。笔者通过对中国的翻译及翻译教学活动与研究状况的文献回顾,借助语言学、翻译学等相关理论,对翻译、翻译教学及教学翻译进行了界定和区别。本研究援引大量文献资料,运用图表等形式介绍了近五年来(2003-2008)中国大陆翻译教学体制的发展变化,阐明翻译专业建设的现状及其存在的问题。通过与国际著名翻译院校的课程设置及培养目标等方面的的对比研究,笔者总结了其他国家和地区值得借鉴的地方,指出了目前中国内地翻译教学中存在的问题,并且在此基础上提出了具体建议。
