内容摘要

象似性是认知语言学研究中的一个热点,是相对于语言任意性的另一个重要特征。一般来说,象似性在语言符号的能指和所指之间建立起了自然的联系,其研究成果为人们了解语言符号和认知机制之间的联系起到了积极的作用。目前,国内外学者发表了许多有关象似性的文章,不仅对象似性理论进行探讨,还对象似性理论在语言教学中的实际应用展开了有益的探索。语法教学是英语教学中的难点和重点。一直以来,教育工作者们都在探求如何使语法讲解的过程更加形象生动且易于学生理解。象似性理论因其揭示了语言现象和人类认知、思维的内在联系,有助于学生在学习语法知识时“知其然且知其所以然”,从而达到事半功倍的效果。本文从这一点入手,针对语法教学中词汇和句法两个不同层面的要求,把象似性理论进一步细化,并通过结合实例分析了其在实际语法教学中的应用,同时也使得本文具有了较强的实用性。运用象似性理论指导语法教学具有较强的可操作性,其注重语言现象背后所具有的理据性的一面对于学生习得语法知识而言有很大的帮助。因此,有意识的将其运用于教学中是非常有必要的,同时也为现有的教学模式提供了新的视角。
