“四步一体”教学法培养中职学生自主学习能力的行动研究

内容摘要

随着信息化和全球化快速发展，各领域对英语人才的需求激增。但是，目前中职学校的英语教学无法适应社会对人才的要求，尤其是有终身学习能力的人才要求，因此，如何培养学生的自主学习能力和树立他们的自信心以适应社会的需求已成为主要目标。本文围绕作者在教学过程中遇到的许多问题，主要是学生的被动学习态度，单一的学习方法及过度依赖老师等现象，开展行动研究，旨在通过该行动研究来增强学生学习英语的信心，提高学生的英语学习能力，尤其是英语自主学习能力。该研究为期15周，研究对象是东莞市长安职业高级中学2009级来自各专业的48名学生。在研究过程中，作者采取了调查问卷、访谈等方法来收集、记录和分析有关学生自主学习的情况及采用的学习策略的效果。本文详细描述了在行动研究中所设计的多种教学活动及学习策略的引导，而且提供了很多教学实例以阐述其实施过程，同时作者通过不断反思自己的教学效果并及时调整教学以达到提高学生英语学习的兴趣和自主能力的目的。在十五周的相互交流和互动中，教师的教学水平在不断的反思与分析教学经验中得到了提高，学生也有了发展进步。
