基于“学习者训练”的英语专业新生学业指导

内容摘要

每年有许多学生进入大学并选择英语专业。这些英语专业的新生学习兴趣浓厚,但缺乏有效的学习策略和自主学习的能力,这使得他们在大学的第一学期有诸多困惑。这时,他们需要教师为他们提供及时、有效的指导和帮助。研究者已注意到这一问题并进行了相关研究。这些研究揭示了新生在学习中的困难和困惑。同时,他们也提出了一些有益的对策。然而只有对策是不够的,更重要的是要建立系统的方法以训练和帮助新生摆脱这种局面。以学习者训练为基础,本研究建立了系统的学业指导计划。研究的受试对象为廊坊师范学院英语专业的120名本科新生。通过前测问卷和后测问卷进行数据收集。数据分析中则使用了定量和定性分析。通过对前后两个问卷的对比,本论文试图了解新生目前的学习状况以及对他们的学业指导是否有效。从前测问卷的数据可以看出,新生的对自己的学习负责的意识需要提高,自主学习能力需要培养。研究结果表明,以“学习者训练”为基础的学业指导是一种及时、有效的方法,它能帮助新生克服英语专业学习中的困难。经过一个学期的实践,新生在学习观念、学习策略、对专业课的了解、利用学习资源和自主学习能力方面都有提高。总之,对英语专业新生的学业指导效果显著。这一系统的指导方法可以帮助他们尽快适应专业的英语学习,在目标设定、方法选择方面更多地参与到自己学业的发展中。
