内容摘要

It is easy to made a little second damnification because of dissection lowly and discovering difficultly in the pelvic operation For instance: (1) To tear sacral the venosus plexus that is not easy to hamostasia (2) To cut the presacral nerves that will damage bladder and sexual function. Now we only have a little information about the morphological sacral venosus and a lot of that about the autonomic nerve-sparing. That will be benefical to the surgeon. We will discuss the sacral venosus plexus and the presacral nerves in the anatomy.In the clinic,some patient must be cut lift colon and partial rectal tube to treat mutycarcinoma of colon ,then surgeon must anastomose right colon and rectum. Because mesocolon is shorter than colon tube, sometimes this operation do not bring to success. After Miles operation, distracting the lift colon to the original anus in colostomy and because of the mesocolon shorter too, sometimes this operation do not bring to success. So we study the colon and the mesocolon about clinic anatomy, it is a foundation for distracting mesocolon blood vessel in anatomy. Despite some doctor have probe into the colostomy, the result not turn up trumps. So we will discuss the colostomy in anatomy
