马里和中国城市化比较研究

内容摘要

本文关注的中心问题是城市现象，特别是在发展中国家，因为城市化过程从不同的侧面看来是经济发展的一个条件或表现。所做的许多研究都是关于发展中国家的城市化，当然包括了马里和中国。就我来说，还没有做过这两个国家的对比研究。这就是本文选题“马里和中国城市化比较研究”的原因。同时也是为了能够很好地理解城市化过程、城市化过程的结果(积极或消极的)以及它的未来发展状况。此研究的目的首先是对两国城市化进行比较分析以揭示其共同点、差异性、大的趋势以及不同国家的不同途径。所以这篇文章可以分成五章，分别是城市化的动态和过程、城市化和经济增长、与城市化相联系的问题、城市化和城市文化以及城市化发展趋势。马里目前的城市化水平为32％，低于非洲平均水平(34％)、西非(37％)以及中国(36％)、亚洲(35％)、东亚(37％)的水平，马里和中国及其所处的区域现在正处于城市化的快速发展阶段，正从一个农村人口占绝大多数向城市人口占绝大多数转变。但是这些变化存在一些约束条件，因为城市化水平和经济发展水平存在很大差距。到2050年，中国的城市化水平将达到75％，而马里的城市化水平也将达到60％。快速城市化在发展中国家十分普遍，尤其是马里和中国，从社会经济和政治现状来看这是一个让人担心的现象。所以思考将来城市化的形式和水平就十分必要。除了这一特征以外，其他的一些方面却很少被关注，但事实上，这些东西很重要却被忽略了：如非正规部门、外商投资、城市管理部门等。 Jacqueline B．G．曾经说过“城市研究不断向外扩张，几乎包括了任何事物，尤其是城市规划。城市问题如此被强调以至乡村背景的演化多次都被看作是城市化一个简单的消极性普及化”。
