内容摘要

近年来，随着中国经济实力的不断增强，特别是中国—东盟自由贸易区建设进程的逐步加快以及中国政府对中国企业“走出去”战略的大力支持，越来越多的中国企业开始将目光投向自己的近邻—东盟国家。然而，中国与东盟国家之间的直接投资前景如何?目前都存在哪些问题和风险?政府和企业应当如何克服这些问题和风险，扩大中国在东盟的直接投资份额?这些都是目前亟待解决的问题。本论文将主要从中国与东盟国家之间的相互直接投资现状入手，通过对中国与东盟之间进行相互直接投资的必要性和可行性的实践和理论分析，以及对投资过程中所存在问题的归纳和分析，来回答上述问题。本论文的结构安排大致如下：第一部分对对外直接投资、东盟自由贸易区以及中国—东盟自由贸易区等概念进行了解释；并对中国与东盟国家之间的相互直接投资现状进行了详细考察。第二部分结合实际阐述了改善中国与东盟国家之间相互直接投资状况的两个重要契机(中国—东盟自由贸易区的建设和中国企业“走出去”战略的实施)和必要性。第三部分则主要结合当前主流的发展中国家对外直接投资理论(包括邓宁的投资发展周期理论、威尔斯的小规模技术理论、劳尔的技术地方化理论以及坎特威尔和托伦惕诺的技术积累理论等)，对改善中国与东盟国家之间直接投资的可能性进行了分析。第四部分总结了当前阻碍中国与东盟国家相互直接投资发展的主要问题和风险。第五部分主要在第四部分的基础上，从四个方面提出了改善当前中国与东盟相互直接投资现状，扩大中国企业在东盟国家直接投资份额的可行性建议。
