中美城镇老年人养老对比研究

内容摘要

人口老龄化是世界人口发展的趋势。中美两国都面临着老龄人口增加和如何赡养老年人的问题,并在发展的过程中,呈现出各自的特点,给经济发展和社会稳定带来了挑战。老年人养老问题日益成为中美两国关注的社会问题。本文以美国社会学家乔治·瑞泽尔提出的社会问题分析框架和美国心理学家亚伯拉罕·马斯洛提出的需求层次学说为主要理论依据,对中美两国城镇老年人养老模式进行了对比研究,力求寻找一种适合中国文化道德传统及当前现实国情的养老模式。论文首先回顾人口老龄化,养老模式的相关概念以及国内外学者对于养老问题的研究。然后运用社会问题分析框架,从个人因素层面、社会心理层面和社会学层面对中美城镇老年人养老模式进行对比研究。在此基础上,总结家庭养老和社会养老各自的优缺点,并依据马斯洛需求层次理论,提出发展居家养老模式,合理满足老年人需求的观点。
