少体校学生英语词汇学习策略探讨

内容摘要

词汇是语言学习的重点。近二十年来,随着外语教学从“怎样教”逐渐转向“怎样学”,词汇学习策略已成为国内外应用语言学者关注的重点之一。而少体校学生常常抱怨在词汇学习中遇到很多困难。他们面临着如何快速有效地学好单词的问题,因此,很有必要探讨什么学习策略可以帮助他们更有效地学习词汇。基于语言学习策略的理论,本文阐述了一些适合于少体校学生的词汇学习策略,如元认知策略、社会和情感策略等等,也分析了教学及学习的原则。通过使用包括访谈、问卷调查和前后测验的实验,作者证实了使用词汇学习策略在学习词汇中的有效性。本研究显示了成功的词汇学习应提高学生使用学习策略的能力。在词汇教学中,教师应注意到策略培训的重要性,进而使学生更有学习英语的信心并达到更好的词汇学习目标。
