内容摘要

随着我国改革开放的深入和经济能力的提升以及各种信息通信技术的飞速发展，我国的旅游业以迅猛的速度发展着。世界经济一体化，我国成功加入世界贸易组织以及我国成功获得2008年奥运会的举办权等等，都将吸引越来越多的国际游客前来中国旅游。旅游资料的翻译对于推动我国经济发展，促进文化交流具有重要而深远的意义。与此同时，越来越多的旅游业从事人员及语言学界人士对旅游英语语言研究产生了浓厚兴趣，进行了积极有效的探索研究并做了不少实质性的翻译工作。但是这些翻译探索仍远不能满足要求。为了突破现存研究的局限性从而为旅游资料翻译工作者提供些许裨益，本文对语用翻译这一力求等效的理论模式进行了一定的探索，并试图分析如何将语用学原理应用在旅游资料翻译中，达到翻译的等效，从而提升旅游宣传的效果。
