经合组织国家服务业的外商直接投资决定因素

内容摘要

在近十年中,世界外商直接投资(FDI)的大部分流入经合组织国家(OECD国家),而FDI已成为经济增长的基本工具,可视为发展中国家的稳定融资来源。在发展中国家的总资本流入当中,他们对外商直接投资的依赖性往往是衡量其经济抵御外部冲击的鲁棒性的可靠指标。在此,本研究论文目的为分析经合组织国家服务业的外商直接投资决定因素。目前,OECD国家面临着跨国制造商移动到其他能够得到较低的劳动力成本的国家的问题,例如越南以及印度。因此,在有吸引力的低工资率作为外商直接投资的决定因素的基础上,生产率调整后的工资率是关键要素。然而,在跨国公司建立的国际生产网络(其跨国公司逐渐采纳“全身全球化”战略)的情景之下,倘若OECD国家及亚洲国家的经济情况是互补的,OECD国家的外商直接投资流入的增高很可能增高亚洲国家的外商直接投资流入。此事和OECD国家的外商直接投资流入量与亚洲八个国家的外商直接投资流入量有正相关关系的结果是一致的。除了本研究分析的四个宏观经济变量,还有许多经济增长的条件,如良好商业环境,良好政策以及国家的财政稳定性。通过本研究的实证结果,提出有关提议如何吸引更多的外商直接投资流入。为增强吸引更多外商直接投资流入的能力以及维持外商直接投资流入的能力,OECD国家还有很多工作需要做。竟然OECD国家还有很多外商直接投资流入的空间,次国家非常需要有效率的条件以及促进的手段激起投资者的兴趣。一般来说,OECD各个国家的研究结果是不一样的,但是GDP (PPP)定为外商直接投资流入最重要的决定因素。
