内容摘要

本论文是关于在已有的金融市场结构缺陷下,中国中小企业面临国际金融市场的冲击和压力时的运行状况,以及相关政府政策。中国经济中此模块的结构缺陷来源于金融结构并影响中小企业的信贷能力,而外在冲击由地区和全球性金融危机引起。该论文学术意义在于,其关系到中小企业对于中国经济的重要而基本的贡献、中国社会的和谐发展、以及中国政府对于此经济模块的支持和减轻外在冲击的影响的重要性。鉴于对于中国纯数据研究的困难,本论文主要采用前人研究作为证据。由于该话题具有时效性,部分数据来源于新闻报道以及访谈。本文的结论为,尽管中国政府为整体经济的短期运行制定了有效的政策,但未能解决结构问题以及外在冲击对中小企业的影响。
