Two types of polymer bonded explosive studies were under taken, namely:(A) Molding powder, RDX is used as a high explosives, poly vinyl acetate (PVAC) as a binder, Dibutyl-O -Phthalate as a plasticizing agent and wax as desensitizer. It is researched by fixed composition. The parameters are adding time of adhesive stirred rate of the blade and mixed binder. Each parameter is researched by several experiments and expressed in next chapter.(B) Plastic explosive, a kind of polymer bonded explosive. Explosive C-4 is researched by many experiments (U.S.A composition) the parameters are adding time of adhesive, stirred rate of the blade, vacuum pressure, heating time and used binder. The product is tested by safety and detonation properties.
