汉语否定词“无”语法化过程的语用学研究

内容摘要

本文从语用学的角度研究汉语否定词“无”的语法化。一方面，本文把精力集中于考察汉语否定词“无”在某一共时平面的各种用法，描写和分析“无”的性质和功能。另一方面，汉语否定词“无”的语法化经历的时间较长，而语法化机制是从日常语言交往中的细微变化中揭示出来的，与语言使用密切相关，作者联系考察其语用因素从历时平面探讨汉语否定词“无”的发展历程，旨在考察和讨论“无”的语法化机制。本文从探讨汉语否定词“无”的性质和功能出发，作者将以此拓宽语法化的研究范围并试图回答：汉语否定词“无”的分析能在多大程度上支持语法化理论的假设和观点。语法化指的是语法范畴和语法成分产生和形成的过程或现象，典型的语法化现象是语言中意义实在的词语或结构变成无实在意义仅表语法功能的语法成分，或者一个不太虚的语法成分变成更虚的语法成分。在现代语言学中，研究这种语法化现象的理论通常被称为语法化理论。借助这一理论，首先，作者将否定词“无”的语法化与汉语语法的重构联系在一起，以便从一个更为广阔的视角来探讨汉语否定词“无”并以此拓宽汉语史研究的新视角。过去，人们常常按照意义为否定词化分词类。作者认为应坚持历时与共时相结合的原则，根据否定词的语法化程度和句法功能来分类。因此，汉语否定词的词类，功能和语法化紧密联系在一起，这对于汉语语法的研究具有深刻的现实意义和理论意义。其次，作者尽可能多地收集材料，采用定性分析的方法，为读者展示一副色彩丰富的汉语否定词“无”的语法化发展历程图。 “一种语言的语法，总是受到语言使用的影响，不时引起变化”。重新分析和类推是导致语法化的两种重要机制。语言使用驱动其机制并促成否定词“无”的语法化。语法化在一定程度上是语用力量的结果。
